• minor variations consistent with artisanal, print, framing, or production processes do not by themselves constitute defects.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal to pay applicable customs charges, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, we may charge reasonable re-delivery or handling fees where permitted by law.

22. No waiver

If we delay or do not enforce any right under these Terms, that does not mean we waive that right.
